# Open a database console for a space

`POST /v1/spaces/{spaceId}/db/console`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.spacefast.com`
- URL: `https://api.spacefast.com/v1/spaces/{spaceId}/db/console`
- Auth: one of:

  - HTTP bearer

Mints a short-lived phpMyAdmin sign-in URL for the space's own MySQL. This route is the escape hatch for questions the schema and dump reads cannot answer. The URL grants full SQL authority over the space's database. For that reason, this route requires write access to the space and masks the URL in `--json` output.

## Path parameters

- `spaceId` string, required

    - `url` string, uri, required: Short-lived, single-use phpMyAdmin sign-in URL for the space MySQL. Treat it as a credential.
