# Convert a code-authored document to editable blocks

`POST /v1/spaces/{spaceId}/content/conversions`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.spacefast.com`
- URL: `https://api.spacefast.com/v1/spaces/{spaceId}/content/conversions`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in cookie `__Host-better-auth.session_token`
  - OAuth 2 (authorization code, authorization URL `https://api.spacefast.com/v1/auth/oauth2/authorize`, token URL `https://api.spacefast.com/v1/auth/oauth2/token`; client credentials, token URL `https://api.spacefast.com/v1/auth/oauth2/token`, scopes: `spaces:write`)

Queues an explicit source ownership conversion. Preserves the original code in source history and publishes the editable document through the normal source commit and build pipeline. Reuse the operation ID when retrying the same conversion.
