Returns one public http(s) page as rendered, boilerplate-stripped markdown. CHARGED ONLY ON SUCCESS: the payment is verified, the fetch runs, and settlement happens last, so a failed fetch moves no money. Responses may be served from a cache up to 15 minutes old and say so in the cache field. No crawls, no structured extraction, no PDFs, no private address space.
