`GET /v1/projects/{project_id}/tasks`

The project's unified todo list (Viewer+). Open/in-progress first.

`category` filters by group (translation, validation, analysis, missing_keys,
onboarding, glossary, publishing). `agent_requested=true` returns only the
tasks a human flagged for the workflow agent.
