# Assign Work

`POST /v1/projects/{project_id}/progress/assign`

Create + assign a `translation.translate` task (a language and/or a key
subset) to a member in one call, firing the P2 task_assigned notification.
The assignee must be an active member of the org (a suspended member resolves
to no role and is refused).
