`GET /v1/projects/{project_id}/csv/export`

One global CSV of translations. Columns carry namespace + language, so all
namespaces/languages live in one file (filterable). Plural keys emit one row
per CLDR category.

- `languages` string, nullable: Comma-separated target language codes; default all non-source.
- `namespaces` string, nullable: Comma-separated namespace slugs; default all.
