Prop-ignore rules for the translatable-props inventory (Viewer+).

A pure DISPLAY filter: the console hides an ignored component (`prop=null`) or
(component, prop) from the discovery screen. Never touches findings, picks, or
the stored inventory. Written by the dev (POST below) or the agent (MCP twin).

A uuid that no longer resolves keeps its `type`/`uuid` and gets an explicit label (`unknown user` / `revoked or deleted key`) rather than vanishing — the attribution stays true, only the human name is gone.
