`GET /v1/mcp/projects/{project_id}/tasks`

The project's todo list (mcp:*, read, 0 credit). Read what is already open
BEFORE filing new tasks, and address a task by its `uuid` to close it.

`status=active` returns open + in_progress only (terminal tasks accumulate);
`category` filters by group (translation, validation, analysis, missing_keys,
onboarding…); `agent_requested=true` returns only the tasks a human flagged for
you; `lean=true` returns compact items (no description/history) for a list —
read one in full with `GET .../tasks/{id}`.
