`POST /v1/mcp/projects/{project_id}/tasks/{task_id}/links`

Cross-reference two existing tasks so they are navigable both ways (mcp:*).
For a follow-up filed in one call, prefer `link_to` on create_project_task.
Unknown `task_id`/`related_task_id` is a 404.

- McpTaskLinkIn
  - `related_task_id` string, required: The other task to link — its uuid or #number.
  - `relation` string, nullable: How they relate, from this task's side: `spawned` (this led to it), `spawned_from` (it led to this), `blocks`, `blocked_by`, or `related`. The reverse is stored on the other task automatically.
  - `note` string, nullable: Why they are linked (shown on both fiches).
