# Report Translation Review

`POST /v1/mcp/projects/{project_id}/review-findings`

## Request

Report ONE review finding about an existing translation (issue #393).
Does not write `translations`. One open finding per (key, language,
category): reporting again refreshes it (`result=updated`). Refuses a
`suggested_value` identical to the current value.
