# Resolve Missing Orphans

Drain orphan missing-events (key already exists → resolved) over the MCP
surface (task 745A).

Makes the missing flow self-sufficient: the same cleanup previously required
project:write (`/cleanup-orphans`), unreachable by an `mcp:*` key. Idempotent
— re-running just resolves 0. (list/stats also self-heal on access; this is
the explicit full drain.)
