`GET /v1/auth/device/pending`

ACCOUNT-JWT. The dashboard /activate page fetches the pending request by the
user-typed code so it can show what (and from where) is being authorized.

- DevicePendingOut: Consent-screen detail (dashboard /activate). Lets the page show WHAT is being authorized before the user approves.
