  - `layout` 'justified' | 'masonry' | 'grid' | 'row' | 'column': justified (default) fits rows flush on both edges
  - `card_ids` string[]: Omit to arrange the whole board
  - `gap` number
  - `width` number: Block width to solve against
  - `row_height` number: Target row height, justified only
  - `columns` number: Column cap, grid and masonry only
  - `dry_run` boolean: Compute the layout and write nothing

- `400` (unresolved $ref)
- `403`: The token lacks the scope, or the account cannot reach that thing.
- `404`: No such thing — including things this account cannot see.
