`GET /api/apps/{name}/images`

Download a binary image from the app's ``develop`` branch.

Path comes from the ticket (ticket flow) or the ``path`` query param (bearer
flow). Reads the committed develop content from a fresh isolated clone (the
same isolation as upload — no shared workspace). 404 if the file isn't present.
