Successful Response

- AuthSettingsOut: Token and session lifetimes, read live from the auth provider. Each `_source` is "default" (inherited from the platform), "app" (set for this app alone) or "unknown"; a value is null only when its source is "unknown", which means the setting could not be read rather than that it is unset. The trailing fields are fixed ceilings, not per-app settings.
