Handle Shopify app launch redirect.

When a Shopify merchant opens the soeru app from their admin panel,
Shopify sends them here. We redirect to the soeru frontend dashboard.
If an OAuth token hasn't been obtained yet, the frontend's API settings
page will guide them through the connection flow.
