# List Learned Entries

`GET /api/v1/shops/{shop_id}/entries`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.soeru.biz` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.soeru.biz/api/v1/shops/{shop_id}/entries`
- Auth: none declared. Required headers: `authorization`

Return all entries (both manual and crawled) for the learned-entries
dashboard, with provenance tags ready for UI rendering.

The response includes:
  - ``entries``: up to ``limit`` rows, ordered ``fetched_at DESC`` with
    a layer-priority tiebreak so deep-inference rows (worldview /
    negative / stance) surface first within each crawl batch.
  - ``total``: the true server-side filtered count (not truncated by
    ``limit``). UI uses this for the "全 N 件" display.
  - ``truncated``: boolean indicating whether ``total > len(entries)``.
