`POST /api/messages/reflective-completed/{message_id}/dismiss`

2026-05-12: じっくり予約完成 banner から「不要」と消す.

PDF 出力せずに banner から個別 dismiss できる. message_history 本体は残るので
履歴ページからは見える (= 文章を消しているわけではない).

Backward compat: 同 message_id を 2 回以上 dismiss しても idempotent (timestamp 上書き).

Args:
    message_id: message_history.id (UUID).

Returns:

Raises:
    404: message_history が見つからない
    403: 他 shop の所有
