archive 期間中 (14日以内) に復活させる。

archive 時に Stripe sub は cancel_at_period_end=True (= 月末まで使える)
にしていたので、restore では cancel_at_period_end=False に戻すことで
サブスクをそのまま継続させる。月を跨いでいなければ課金・利用に影響なし。
