`POST /api/brands/{brand_id}/archive`

ブランドを archive する。14 日後に cron が物理削除。

制約:
  - primary brand (owner の最古 active brand) は archive 不可
  - archive 時、紐付く Stripe Subscription は cancel_at_period_end で
    予約キャンセル (月末まで使える、自動課金停止)
