Provides supported capabilities of Infrastructure management by storage configured in delfin deployment.

- `id` string, required

## Response `200`

Returns specifications of storage

- StorageCapabilitiesResponse
  - `metadata` object, required
    - `model` string: Name of the supported storage (driver)
    - `vendor` string: Name of the vendor
  - `spec` object, required
    - `is_historic` boolean, required: Set true during storage driver registration if driver support fetching historic metrics. This enable internal performance framework to either call driver interface to pull real time metrics or historic time series metrics.
    - `resource_metrics` ResourceMetrics: Map of resources and supported metrics of respective resources for storage (driver)

## Other responses

- `404`: The storage does not exist
- `500`: Invalid capabilities.
- `505`: Capability feature not supported.
