# Deletes the post

`DELETE /posts/{postId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://socialbu.com/api/v1`
- URL: `https://socialbu.com/api/v1/posts/{postId}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Deletes an editable scheduled or draft post. Published posts cannot be deleted. Team members must have permission to edit the post.

## Path parameters

- `postId` integer, required

## Response `200`

Post deleted successfully. Response body is empty.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request
- `403`: The post is published or the user does not have permission to edit it.
- `404`: Resource not found
- `500`: Server error while deleting the post
