Returns a list of notifications

    - `created_at` string, date-time: The timestamp when the notification was created.
    - `id` string: Unique identifier of the notification.
    - `read_at` string, date-time: The timestamp when the notification was marked as read. Null if unread.
    - `is_unread` boolean: True if notification is unread.
    - `title` string: Title of the notification.
    - `body` string: Main body of the notification.
    - `url` string: A URL related to the notification.
    - `level` string: Priority level of the notification (e.g., info, warning, error).
  - `currentPage` integer: The current page number of the paginated result set.
  - `lastPage` integer: The last page number of the paginated result set.
  - `nextPage` integer, nullable: The next page number, or null if this is the last page.
  - `total` integer: Total number of result items on current page.
