# Update conversation statuses

`PATCH /inbox/{inboxId}/status`

## Request

Updates the status of one or more inbox conversations after validating all requested conversations.

## Path parameters

- `inboxId` string, required

## Request body

- InboxStatusUpdateRequest
  - `conversation_ids` integer[], required: Conversation IDs to update.
  - `status` 'open' | 'closed' | 'spam' | 'pending', required: New conversation status.

## Response `200`

Conversation statuses updated successfully.

## Other responses

- `404`: One or more conversations were not found or not available to the authenticated user.
- `422`: The given data was invalid.
