# Get content insights (what has worked)

`GET /analytics/content-insights`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://www.sociahive.com/api/v1`
- URL: `https://www.sociahive.com/api/v1/analytics/content-insights`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - OAuth 2 (authorization code, authorization URL `/api/oauth/authorize`, token URL `/api/oauth/token`, scopes: `analytics:read`)

Rolling out: answers 403 `feature_disabled` until the feature reaches your account.

Content insights

  - `data` ContentInsights, required: What has worked on your published posts: format, weekday and pillar compared with your average.
    - `version` string, required
    - `window_weeks` integer, required
    - `posts_analyzed` integer, required
    - `account_avg_engagement_rate` number, required
    - `sufficient` boolean, required: False when there are too few posts to compare; cells and rationales are then empty.
    - `cells` object[], required
      - `dimension` 'format' | 'day_of_week' | 'pillar', required
      - `cell` string, required: 'image_post' | 'text_post' | 'video_post', a weekday name, or a content pillar.
      - `index` number, required: Cell mean engagement rate divided by the account mean. 1.0 is the account average.
      - `n` integer, required: Posts in the cell.
      - `avg_engagement_rate` number, required
    - `top_posts` object[], required
      - `caption_excerpt` string, required
      - `engagement_rate` number, required
      - `reach` number
      - `format` string, required
      - `day_of_week` integer, required: 0 = Sunday, in the post timezone.
    - `bottom_posts` object[], required

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request — invalid parameters
- `401`: Authentication required — provide X-API-Key or Bearer token

- `500`: Internal server error
