  - `category_id` integer, required: Valid license category ID
  - `company_id` integer: Id number of company license belongs to
  - `expiration_date` string, date: Date of license expiration
  - `license_email` string: Email address associated with license
  - `license_name` string: Name of license contact person
  - `serial` string
  - `maintained` boolean: Maintained status of license.
  - `manufacturer_id` integer: ID number of manufacturer of license.
  - `notes` string: License Notes
  - `order_number` string: Order number of license purchase
  - `purchase_cost` number, float: Cost of license
  - `purchase_date` string, date: Date of license purchase
  - `purchase_order` string: Purchase Order #
  - `reassignable` boolean: Is license reassignable?
  - `supplier_id` integer: ID number of license supplier
  - `termination_date` string, date: Termination date for license.
