List all webhooks for the authenticated account.

  - `id` string, uuid
  - `url` string, uri
  - `events` string[]
  - `secret` string: HMAC-SHA256 signing secret (whsec_ prefix). Store securely.
  - `isActive` boolean
  - `createdAt` string, date-time
