Retrieve a single webhook endpoint by ID.

- Webhook: List and read responses also carry createdAt and updatedAt in camelCase for older clients.

  - `events` string[], required
  - `active` boolean, required
  - `format` 'standard' | 'discord' | 'slack'
  - `secret` string: The signing secret. Returned once, in the create response.
  - `created_at` string, date-time, required
  - `updated_at` string, date-time
