# Retry a webhook delivery

`POST /v1/webhooks/{id}/deliveries/{delivery_id}/retry`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://smtpfa.st/api`
- URL: `https://smtpfa.st/api/v1/webhooks/{id}/deliveries/{delivery_id}/retry`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Send the same payload again, once, right now, and return the result of that attempt. A delivery with a scheduled attempt still pending returns 409. Requires the webhook:write scope.

## Other responses

- `401`: Invalid or missing API key
- `403`: Forbidden - domain not verified or insufficient permissions

- `409`: Conflict - the resource already exists or changed meanwhile
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded - retry after the period indicated in the Retry-After header
- `500`: Internal server error
