# Update an existing keyword's response

`POST /edit-keyword/`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://api.smsfusion.com.au`
- URL: `http://api.smsfusion.com.au/edit-keyword/`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in query parameter `key`
  - HTTP basic

Same normalization and length rules as add-keyword. The keyword must already exist on the number

## Query parameters

- `key` string, required

## Response `200`

Keyword updated

- KeywordWriteResult
  - `success` boolean
  - `number` string
  - `keyword` string
  - `response` string

## Other responses

- `401`: FIELD_EMPTY or VALIDATION_FAILED
- `404`: Number not owned, or keyword does not exist on it
- `405`: Method not allowed - POST only
