# Add multiple contacts to a list

`POST /add-contacts/`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://api.smsfusion.com.au`
- URL: `http://api.smsfusion.com.au/add-contacts/`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in query parameter `key`
  - HTTP basic

Batch insert. Validation is all-or-nothing: if any row fails, nothing is written. On an empty list, the first row establishes the list's locked field shape

## Other responses

- `401`: FIELD_EMPTY or VALIDATION_FAILED - row failures carry both error (first message) and errors (all messages)
- `404`: List not found or not owned
- `405`: Method not allowed - POST only
