## Response `200`

Public rate card

- PublicPricing: The published rate card, served UNAUTHENTICATED at `GET /v1/pricing`. Read straight from the default plan so the public pricing page and the in-console billing breakdown share ONE source of truth — no hand-synced copy to drift. All rates are in micros (1e-6 USD).
  - `baseHourMicros` integer, required: Base "slot" fee per running machine-hour — the held VM (isolation, scheduling, readiness), independent of consumed compute.
  - `cpuHourMicros` integer, required: Active consumed vCPU-hour.
  - `currency` string, required: Currency code; always "usd" today.
  - `diskGbHourMicros` integer, required: Disk GB-hour — both active disk and held storage on a stopped machine bill at this rate.
  - `egressGbMicros` integer, required: Network egress per GB.
  - `freeCreditMicros` integer, required: Deprecated alias of [`Self::signup_credit_micros`], kept so clients written against the old contract keep parsing. It once meant a recurring monthly allowance; that allowance no longer exists, so the value is the same one-time grant. Read `signup_credit_micros` instead.
  - `memoryGbHourMicros` integer, required: Active resident-memory (RSS) GB-hour.
  - `signupCreditMicros` integer, required: One-time credit granted when an account is created, in micros. It is paid into the account's prepaid balance and drawn down like any other credit — it does NOT reset monthly and is not a per-period discount.
  - `volumeTiers` VolumeTier[], required: Graduated volume-discount bands, low bound → high.
    - `discountBps` integer, required: Discount applied to spend within this band, in basis points (e.g. 1000 = 10%).
    - `upToMicros` integer, nullable: Upper bound of this band in micros; `null` = the final, unbounded band.
