# List organization members.

`GET /v1/org/members`

## Request

Returns the people in the organization and their roles. Requires the `members:read` or `members:write` scope.

## Query parameters

- `limit` integer
- `offset` integer

## Response `200`

One page of the roster, oldest first, each with the person's account id as userId, their membership email and their role as a one-element roles list; empty for an individual account.

- OrgMember[]
  - `email` string, nullable
  - `name` string, nullable: Always null: the roster is read from our own rows, which hold no profile.
  - `picture` string, nullable: Always null, for the same reason as `name`.
  - `roles` string[], required
  - `userId` string, required: The person's own account id; memberships, roles and removal key on it, not the IdP subject.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `403`: Reading the roster needs members:read or members:write, which every role holds
- `429`: Rate limited; retry after the Retry-After header
- `500`: Internal error
