# A knowledge job failed for good, after its retries. errorCode is a code from the error catalog. Sent once per run; a retry that later succeeds sends no failure.

`POST job.failed` (webhook)

Sent as POST to the account webhook URL. Headers: X-Smartwebchat-Event, X-Smartwebchat-Timestamp, X-Smartwebchat-Signature (HMAC over timestamp and body). data is the object shown in the example.
