# Installation status of a chatbot: website conversations and origins

`GET /api/v1/chatbots/{id}/installation`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://smartwebchat.eu`
- URL: `https://smartwebchat.eu/api/v1/chatbots/{id}/installation`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Read-only; a read key is enough. webConversationSeen shows that someone chatted over the website chat (the onboarding test chat counts too) and does not prove an installation. Accepted origins are not recorded; originsAllowed is the configuration, originsRejected the most recent refused origins (capped; forgeable outside a browser).

## Other responses

- `401`: Invalid or missing API key
- `404`: Chatbot not found (also for a chatbot of another account)
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded: 600 requests per minute per account across all /api/v1/ routes. Wait for the seconds given in Retry-After (60) and retry.
- `500`: A status source could not be read; no partial answer is given
