Get all SmartThings Schema Apps created under a specific Personal Access Token.

    - `userEmail` string: The email associated with this Schema integration.

      - `android` string: app deep linking to partners in android
      - `ios` string: app deep linking to partners in ios
      - `isLinkingEnabled` boolean: whether deep app linking is enabled
