# Publishes a default job ad

`POST /jobs/{jobId}/publication`

## Request

  - API key in header `x-smarttoken`
  - OAuth 2

Publishes default job ad to internal sources and to free job aggregators.

It reflects a Publish action available in the SmartRecruiters UI.

Note:
  Internal sources: Career Pages, Job Widget, Facebook App, WordPress Plugin, Posting API depend on a company's payment plan.

  - `aggregators` boolean
  - `visibility` 'PUBLIC' | 'INTERNAL'
  - `includeInternal` boolean
  - `delayPublicInDays` integer

## Response `204`

## Other responses

- `400`: with code * **PUBLISHED_JOB_AD_LIMIT_REACHED** when company's limit for published job ads has been reached
- `401`: with code * **UNAUTHORIZED_TO_ACCESS_JOB** - when user is not authorized to access the job
- `403`: with code * **NOT_AUTHORIZED_TO_PUBLISH_JOB** - when user is not authorized to publish the job or approval process for the job is required
- `422`: with codes * **COMPENSATION_REQUIRED** – compensation is required by company configuration but is missing or incomplete. * **COMPENSATION_HIDDEN** – compensation should not be provided when company configuration requires it to be hidden. * **COMPENSATION_INVALID_CURRENCY** – the currency code provided is invalid or not supported.
