Finds job level interview templates for a job, grouped and ordered by hiring stage and hiring step.

        - `id` string, uuid: Unique identifier for the interview blueprint
        - `templateType` 'INDIVIDUAL' | 'GROUP': Type of the interview template, indicating whether it is internal or external
        - `templateName` string: Name of the interview template
        - `hiringTeamRoleToInterviewers` object: Map of hiring team roles to their respective interviewers
        - `hiringTeamRoleToInterviewerCount` object: Map of hiring team roles to the count of interviewers assigned to each role
