# Move applicants from session to session

`PUT /events/{eventId}/sessions/{sessionId}/applicants`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.smartrecruiters.com/event-management-api`
- URL: `https://api.smartrecruiters.com/event-management-api/events/{eventId}/sessions/{sessionId}/applicants`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `x-smarttoken`
  - OAuth 2
    - Authorization code: `https://www.smartrecruiters.com/identity/oauth/allow`
    - Token URL: `https://api.smartrecruiters.com/identity/oauth/token` scopes: `event_management_write`

Use this endpoint to move applicants from one session to another.

## Path parameters

- `eventId` string, uuid, required
- `sessionId` string, uuid, required

## Request body

- MoveApplicantsToSession
  - `fromSessionId` string, uuid, required
  - `applicantIds` string[], required
  - `allowOverbooking` boolean

## Response `200`

When interviewers got added successfully

- SessionApplicants[]
  - `applicants` SessionApplicant[]
    - `id` string, uuid
    - `eventId` string, uuid
    - `sessionId` string, uuid
    - `applicantId` string, uuid
    - `status` 'PENDING' | 'TENTATIVE' | 'ACCEPTED' | 'DECLINED' | 'ORGANIZER'

## Other responses

- `400`: Returned when a request is not valid.
- `401`: Returned when a request was not authenticated.
- `403`: Returned when a caller is not authorized to perform the request.
- `404`: Returned when event not found or session not found in event
- `409`: Returned when session is full and overbooking is not allowed
