# Create candidate property value

`POST /configuration/candidate-properties/{id}/values`

## Request

Create candidate property value for selection type property types (`SINGLE_SELECT` and `MULTI_SELECT`).

**[ALPHA]** `MULTI_SELECT` is available to a limited set of customers under early access.

  - `label` string, value_label, required

- `400`: With codes * **CANDIDATE_PROPERTY_NOT_SELECTION_TYPE** when candidate property type is not selection type * **CANDIDATE_PROPERTY_NOT_SINGLE_SELECT** (deprecated, see CANDIDATE_PROPERTY_NOT_SELECTION_TYPE) - when candidate property type is not selection type * **CANDIDATE_PROPERTY_VALUES_LIMIT_EXCEEDED** when selection type candidate property values limit is exceeded
- `404`: Candidate property not found
- `409`: with codes * **CANDIDATE_PROPERTY_VALUE_ID_ALREADY_EXISTS** when candidate property with given id already exists, * **CANDIDATE_PROPERTY_VALUE_LABEL_ALREADY_EXISTS** when candidate property with given label already exists.
