# Get candidate status

`GET /status/{applicationUuid}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.smartrecruiters.com/candidate-status-api`
- URL: `https://api.smartrecruiters.com/candidate-status-api/status/{applicationUuid}`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `x-smarttoken`
  - OAuth 2
    - Authorization code: `https://www.smartrecruiters.com/identity/oauth/allow`
    - Token URL: `https://api.smartrecruiters.com/identity/oauth/token` scopes: `candidate_view_application_status_read`

Get candidates application status from the candidate perspective.

Possible statuses are: `NEW`, `IN_REVIEW`, `INTERVIEW`, `OFFERED`, `HIRED`, `ARCHIVED`.
For `ARCHIVED` there is also substatus returned: `REJECTED`, `WITHDRAWN_BY_APPLICANT`, `TRANSFERRED`, `DELETED_BY_COMPANY`.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `404`: Application not found
