# Download package translation memory as TMX

`GET /translations-api/v2/projects/{projectId}/translation-packages/{translationPackageUid}/tm`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.smartling.com`
- URL: `https://api.smartling.com/translations-api/v2/projects/{projectId}/translation-packages/{translationPackageUid}/tm`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Downloads the translation memory for the package in TMX 1.4b format.
Only available when `generateTmx: true` was set during package creation.

Returns `202` if the TMX is still being generated. The filename follows
the pattern `{sourceLocale}_{targetLocale}_{workflowStepName}.tmx`.

## Path parameters

- `projectId` string, required: Unique identifier of a Smartling project — 9 lowercase alphanumeric characters.
- `translationPackageUid` string, required

## Response `200`

TMX file ready for download.

## Other responses

- `202`: Translation memory is still being generated.
- `401`: Provided credentials are not valid.
- `403`: Caller does not have access to the requested resource.
- `404`: No translation package matches `translationPackageUid` for this project, or no TMX was generated for it.
- `500`: Unexpected error
