# Check string translation quality

`POST /translation-quality-api/v2/accounts/{accountUid}/projects/{projectId}/check`

Check string translation quality.

## Path parameters

- `accountUid` string, required
- `projectId` string, required: Unique identifier of a Smartling project — 9 lowercase alphanumeric characters.

## Request body

- object
  - `targetLocaleId` string, required: Locale identifier. Either a 2-letter language code (`en`) or a language-region pair (`en-US`). The language part is always lowercase; the region part is always uppercase.
  - `sourceLocaleId` string: Locale identifier. Either a 2-letter language code (`en`) or a language-region pair (`en-US`). The language part is always lowercase; the region part is always uppercase.
  - `skipSuggestions` boolean: skip suggestions
  - `strings` object[]
    - `hashcode` string: MD5 hash digest — 32 lowercase hexadecimal characters.
    - `stringUid` string: it is string part unique identifier if string is splitted on several parts
    - `originalString` string: original string
    - `translation` string: translation of the original string
    - `pluralFormGroupUid` string: unique identifier of plural form
    - `pluralForm` string: plural form
  - `useDefaultSettings` boolean: use default settings
  - `checkTypeCodes` object[]: [check type codes](#operation/getTranslationQualityCheckTypes)
