# Add strings to LQA request

`PUT /lqa-proxy-api/v2/projects/{projectId}/lqa-requests/{lqaRequestUid}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.smartling.com`
- URL: `https://api.smartling.com/lqa-proxy-api/v2/projects/{projectId}/lqa-requests/{lqaRequestUid}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Adds strings of the project in the path (the *original project*) to
an LQA request in `DRAFT` state. Each string names the target locale
and the workflow step whose translation is reviewed. The response
carries no data.

- A call accepts at most 500 strings. Call this endpoint repeatedly
  to add more.
- Strings are added to the ones already in the request. Nothing is
  removed or replaced.
- A string that is already in the request with the same hashcode,
target locale and workflow step is skipped without an error.
- An empty `strings` array is a no-op. It succeeds without checking
that the request exists or is in `DRAFT` state.

Once all strings are added, submit the request to start processing.

Requires the Account Owner or Project Manager role.
