`PUT /issues-api/v2/accounts/{accountUid}/watchers/{watcherUid}`

  - `email` string, required: watcher email
  - `enabled` boolean: Should send email notification to this email.
  - `name` string, required: watcher name

      - `uid` string: Watcher identifier
