# Create blocklist

`POST /glossary-api/v3/accounts/{accountUid}/blocklists`

## Request

Create blocklist endpoint.

## Path parameters

- `accountUid` string, required

## Request body

- BlocklistCommandPTO: Blocklist command.
  - `blocklistName` string, required: Name of the blocklist, unique within the account. Character limit is equal to 170 characters.
  - `description` string: Description of the blocklist. Character limit is equal to 250 characters.
  - `glossaryUids` string[], required: Associated glossary uids.

## Response `200`

- BlocklistResponsePTO
  - `response` object, required
    - `code` 'SUCCESS', required: Indicates whether the response was successful or what error has occurred.
    - `data` BlocklistResponse: Blocklist response.
      - `blocklistUid` string: Blocklist uid.
      - `accountUid` string: Account uid.
      - `blocklistName` string: Blocklist name.
      - `description` string: Blocklist description.
      - `glossaryUids` string[]: Associated glossary uids.
      - `archived` boolean: Blocklist archived. In case if {@code true} set, then blocklist is archived.
      - `createdByUserUid` string: Unique identifier of a user — 12 lowercase alphanumeric characters.
      - `modifiedByUserUid` string: Unique identifier of a user — 12 lowercase alphanumeric characters.
      - `createdDate` string, date-time: ISO 8601 UTC timestamp.
      - `modifiedDate` string, date-time: ISO 8601 UTC timestamp.

## Other responses

- `400`: Provided request parameters are invalid.
- `401`: Provided credentials are not valid.
- `403`: Access denied.
- `429`: Too many simultaneous API requests.
- `500`: Unexpected error.
