Generate Cost Estimate Report for the Job

## Path parameters

- `projectId` string, required: Unique identifier of a Smartling project — 9 lowercase alphanumeric characters.
- `translationJobUid` string, required: Translation job unique identifier — 12 lowercase alphanumeric characters.

## Request body

- CreateJobCostReportRequest: The payload to use when generating a job cost report.
  - `contentType` 'TRANSLATION' | 'ALL_CONTENT' | 'CLAIMING' | 'UNAUTHORIZED'
  - `tags` string[]
  - `localeWorkflows` LocaleWorkflowPairDTO[]
    - `workflowUid` string: Workflow unique identifier — 12 lowercase alphanumeric characters.
    - `targetLocaleId` string: Locale identifier. Either a 2-letter language code (`en`) or a language-region pair (`en-US`). The language part is always lowercase; the region part is always uppercase.
  - `fuzzyProfileUid` string
  - `localeWorkflowStepsFilter` LocaleWorkflowStepPairDTO[]
    - `workflowStepUid` string: Workflow step unique identifier — 12 lowercase alphanumeric characters.
    - `targetLocaleId` string: Locale identifier. Either a 2-letter language code (`en`) or a language-region pair (`en-US`). The language part is always lowercase; the region part is always uppercase.
