跨站点品类汇总。优先从 Category 表取，缺数据时降级到 Product.category_path 去重。
返回 {site: [{name, category_path, product_count, source, parent_id, level, category_id}], ...}。
parent_id / level / category_id 用于前端建树（无 Category 表数据时为 null）。
