`GET /api/v1/public/projects/{project_id}/status`

輪詢專案的整體處理狀態和進度。

回傳專案狀態、投影片完成數、影片路徑與 signed 下載 URL。
適合在觸發非同步任務（講稿生成、TTS、影片合成）後定期呼叫以追蹤進度。
建議輪詢間隔 3-5 秒。

路徑參數：project_id（專案 ID）。

回傳欄位：status（專案狀態）、slides_total / slides_completed（進度）、
video_url（影片下載連結，完成時才有值）。

錯誤：
- 404：專案不存在。
- 403：該專案不屬於目前使用者。
