Streaming Team invite landing. Read-only team lookup by invite code;
the join itself is a POST to /api/teams/accept from this page's button.
Invalid/revoked codes render an identical 'not valid' state (no leak).
display_name is user-controlled -> HTML-escaped before substitution.
